Tasting Notes
Fruit driven flavours of lime, gooseberry and kiwi fruit, underpinned by a thread of minerality. A lively wine with an intense palate that lingers. This vintage continues to impress as one of the top Sauvignon Blancs in South Africa.

About The Harvest
We are really blessed with very good growing conditions for Sauvignon Blanc. Add to this consistent weather conditions and you have fruit that produces top quality wine year after year. We also persisted with our open canopy regime to guarantee wines with a lot of fruit and depth.
In The Cellar
The challenge in the cellar is to capture the full potential of each batch of grapes delivered. After sorting, destemming and crushing, 50% of the grapes had skin contact. The best free run juice made up the components of this wine. The wine had lees contact for 2 months.
