Tasting Notes
Continuing its Old World style with a hint of spice, thatch and cherry on the nose and a pleasing palate of mulberries and fruit pastilles. Gentle, yet luscious and full, it will need time to develop its traditional savoury Pinot Noir characteristics
Careful crop control and selections in the vineyard was priority before harvest. Grapes were harvested and cooled down in our cooling containers overnight. Early morning we started destemming, but before that we did another selection on the sorting table.
